NCCC members are eligible to join both Coastal Federal Credit Union and Members Credit Union. They are non-profit financial cooperatives owned by their members and regulated by the National Credit Union Administration. Credit Unions are able to offer better rates and lower fees than banks. NCCC is not a credit union. We are, however, a gateway for you to join one, as you must have a common bond with other credit union members in order to secure membership.

NCCC publishes member newsletters monthly. These newsletters are accessed online via the main page login. Members who prefer paper copies may request the change at any time to apply to future newsletters.

Members are eligible for the Auto Recall Notification Service.

NCCC assists, in a limited fashion, members with complaints against products of services.
