Some companies bury their contact information or make you go through endless forms. We're different. We put our information out there because we WANT to hear from you! Your feedback, concerns and opinions are valuable to us. If you have a specific question or just have comments, we'd love to hear from you! Whether you want to send a Facebook message, a text message, an email or if you want to pick up the phone, we're here. We even offer a toll-free number so you don't have to foot the bill. If you have a complicated issue or one that involves a bit of information, we prefer that you send an email asking for us to contact you. Doing so allows us to do some research before calling or writing you back with the correct information. Please send all complaints about products or services via email or mail since we need them in writing. We place complaint information on file and assist you in finding the appropriate assistance.
