Types of Information Collected

NCCC has very specific rules in place for information collection. NCCC does not and will never collect any personally identifiable information on your web browsing habits. We do monitor website statistics in order to monitor the website for errors, needed improvements and general performance. Any correspondence made to NCCC, whether printed or electronic, may be electronically saved for future reference. In any case, it is never shared.

Sharing Your Information

We don't want anyone to share our information with anyone, so we don't share yours. We will, on occasion, confirm your membership with a partner credit union if you are attempting to open an account with them. Even then, it is always as result of a transaction that you initiate, not the other way around. We do not share our membership lists with any individual, group or company.

Your Email Address

NCCC does not spam members who have provided an email address. You may choose to provide an email address for membership confirmations, renewal notices, email newsletters and for any optional services you select. If you provide your email address, you will receive these communications. You may request at any time that your email address be removed from our records.

'Remove Me' Requests

We promptly honor all requests from those wishing to receive no further communications from us. You do not need to be a member to make such requests. Please note that if you have multiple accounts with us and only make a request for one account, you may continue to receive communications for the other accounts. If so, please contact us.
