What type of information do we collect?
NCCC has very specific rules in place for information collection. NCCC does not and will not ever collect any personally identifiable information on your browsing habits. NCCC does monitor website statistics, such as the number of times a page has been viewed, in order to monitor the site for errors and need improvement. Any correspondence made to NCCC is saved in a central database for future reference.
With whom do we share your information?
We don't want anyone to share our information with outside sources, so we don't share yours. Period. We will, on occasion, confirm with Coastal Federal Credit Union or Members Credit Union that you are an active member of NCCC if you are attempting to open an account with them. Even then, it is always as result of a transaction that you initiate, not the other way around.
