The Cauley Law Firm is a full service immigration law firm. We have a driving mission: To help grow business and unite families through creative immigration solutions. We dedicate our legal practice to providing an uncompromising expertise in immigration law and utilization of state of the art technology to best serve immigrants and businesses; this allows foreign nationals and US companies to focus on contributing to the United States' social and economic diversity instead of immigration law procedure.
The staff is experienced and equipped to represent business clients requiring foreign national employees, foreign national workers requiring visas, family based immigration, removal/bond immigration court proceedings and Citizenship applications. The staff is dedicated to ensure that you receive excellent representation and is committed to serving each client individually.
Mr. Cauley was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the Federal District Court for Western District of North Carolina in 1993 and to the Washington DC Bar in 2004. He has been a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist since 2014. He is a graduate of Campbell University and was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from Regent University in 1992. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association - Carolinas Chapter since 2004 and currently volunteers with the Immigration Work Group program serving people in removal proceedings before the Charlotte Immigration Court. His past employment includes Criminal Law Defense Attorney 1993-1996, Teen Mania Ministries, Director of Student Affairs, 1996 – 2003, Rogers & Rogers, PC, Attorney, 2004 – 2012 and The Cauley Law Firm, PLLC, 2012-Present.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Cauley has extensive experience working with nationals from around the world. Prior to practicing immigration law, he acted as a Regional Director for Teen Mania Ministries, an international mission's organization. He was responsible for South America and Asia teams in addition to directing several projects throughout Africa. During these years he spent extensive time overseeing projects in such countries as Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, Lebanon, Malaysia, Peru, Panama, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and numerous others. It was this period in his life which gave him to a passion for multicultural experiences and immigration. This passion continues to drive him in his immigration practice today.
