About the Attorney

Attorney Reed N. Noble has practiced civil and criminal litigation in the sand hills area of North Carolina since 1982. He was a founding member of the litigation firm of Noble & Quinn, Attorneys at Law, P.C., and now has founded The Reed Noble Law Firm, P.L.L.C., which is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Mr. Noble received his undergraduate education at the University of Richmond, Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree Cum Laude in 1977. That summer he enrolled in Richard S. Reynolds Graduate School of Business at the University of Richmond and embarked upon graduate business study. Prior to his graduation, Mr. Noble enrolled in the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina in the summer of 1978 in the pursuit of a legal education. After his first year of law school, he returned to the University of Richmond to complete his graduate work and received his Master of Business Administration degree in 1979. Mr. Noble returned to Campbell University and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1981.

As an advocate, Mr. Noble has gained the respect, trust, and appreciation of thousands of civilian and military clients in both civil and criminal law. His civil practice consists of representing automobile accident victims, workers injured on their jobs, and the estate of those clients who have suffered death due to the negligence of others. Mr. Noble has built a strong reputation in criminal and traffic matters as well, and regularly practices in both State and Federal court. Mr. Noble currently serves more than 700 criminal and traffic clients each year.

At The Reed Noble Law Firm, P.L.L.C., "We plot your destination, and navigate your course." To do this properly, we never charge our clients a fee for an "initial consultation", on any legal matter. In this way our clients understand the issues facing them, and how our office can help them. At The Reed Noble Law Firm, P.L.L.C., we realize the financial realities of hiring an attorney. This is why we represent personal injury clients on a "contingent fee" basis. This means that if our clients do no not get paid for their injuries, we do not get paid for our efforts on their behalf. As the North Carolina State Bar prohibits a "contingent fee" agreement on criminal and traffic matters, we routinely offer "payment plan" arrangements to our clients to ease any burden that hiring an attorney may present to them and their families.

Terms of Use

The content on this legal directory and linked content is not offered as, is not intended to be, and does constitute legal advice. No part of this website, nor the websites of the attorneys, creates an attorney-client relationship. Your use of this website to contact an attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney may first investigate for possible conflicts of interest and obtain a signed agreement before accepting new clients.

All attorneys on the North Carolina Law Directory are licensed to practice law in North Carolina. The ability of an attorney to engage in activities on behalf of clients outside North Carolina is subject to state laws, professional codes and court rules.

Before entering into any agreement with an attorney, evaluate the attorney's skills and qualifications and understand all the fees involved. While no lawyer can guarantee success, you should ask about the past history of success. The outcome of a particular legal matter depends on a variety of different factors, including specific factual and legal circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

  • Treat the attorney and the attorney's staff with courtesy and consideration
  • Pay the attorney's fee in accordance with any fee agreements you have signed to the extent required by law. If you do not pay the fee, the attorney is not obligated to represent you.
  • Notify the attorney immediately if any contact information has changed so the attorney can reach you.
  • Notify the attorney immediately of any developments that can affect the outcome of your case, including any communications you receive.
  • Be completely honest. If you aren't completely honest with the attorney, the attorney cannot do the best job.
  • Keep your requests reasonable and be patient. Twelve phone calls per day can keep the attorney from effectively representing you. Most attorneys are good about getting information to you very quickly. If you don't understand a development, ask for clarification. But don't expect an hourly progress report.
