Volkswagen is recalling more than 25,000 certain model year 2015 Jettas for incorrect headlight software.

Incorrect software within the headlight control module can cause the low-beam headlights to turn off when the high-beams are turned on. The headlights may not produce enough light for safe driving and fail to comply with federal safety standards.

Volkswagen will notify owners of the recall, and dealers will update the headlight control module software, free of charge.

For more information, owners can contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298.
