2013 Buick Verano Receives 5-Star vehicle Safety Rating from NHTSA

The 2013 Buick Verano sedan has been given a 5-star overall vehicle safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

Earlier this year, Verano was also named a 2012 Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

The NHTSA pointed out that since the beginning of the 2012 model year, every Buick tested by the agency has received the highest possible ratings from both the NHTSA and the IIHS.

The Verano received a 5-star overall score in frontal and side crash tests in addition to evaluation for rollover resistance.
