About 9,000 Ford F-150 Pickup Trucks Recalled for Manufacturing Error
About 9,000 Ford pickup trucks are being recalled for a manufacturing error.
The affected 2015 F-150 trucks may have been built with a steering shaft that was improperly riveted. This could result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.
Ford will notify affected owners and dealers will inspect the intermediate shaft, replacing it if necessary. Repairs will be done free of charge.
