Bentley Issues Recall Due to Problem with Seat Mechanism and Panel Joints
The mechanism and joints may loosen, increasing the risk of injury during a crash
Bentley has issued a recall for 378 model year 2017 Bentayga vehicles due to a problem with the seats.
During the process of assembling the vehicles, the seat mechanism and instrument panel joints may not have been tightened properly.
If these are not tightened, they may become loose, which increases the risk of injury should a crash occur.
Bentley will inform owners, and dealers will inspect and tighten the seat mechanism and instrument panel as necessary free of charge.
The recall is expected to begin this month.
