Black & Decker Spacemaker under-the-cabinet coffee makers have been recalled by their distributer, Applica Consumer Products Inc. for posing a danger of cuts and burns. The handles on the coffee maker's glass pot can break during use and potentially cut or severely burn users with hot coffee.
More than 175,000 Black & Decker Spacemaker 12-cup programmable under-the-cabinet coffee makers are affected by the recall. Check for the following model numbers located on the bottom of the coffee maker:
