Chrysler Announces Recall of 2013 Dodge Durango Due to Airbag Flaw
Chrysler is recalling certain 2013 Dodge Durango vehicles due to potential airbag flaw. Some of the vehicles may have been built with the incorrect airbag occupant restraint control (ORC) module.
In the event of a side impact collision occurring rearward of the second row seat, the supplemental side airbag inflatable curtain may not deploy as intended, increasing the risk of occupant injury.
The Dodge Durango models affected by this recall were manufactured between April 11, 2012 and July 20, 2012.
Chrysler will notify the owners of all affected Durango vehicles to arrange for the free replacement of the ORC module.
