While these days Takata seems to be synonymous with airbag recalls, Chrysler's latest airbag recall is not connected to the embattled company.

Chrysler is recalling about 70 model year 2015 Dodge Challengers because the driver's side airbag may have a loose or missing rear mounting bolt.

A loose or missing rear mounting bolt may alter the airbag inflated curtain's deployment, increasing the risk of occupant injury in the event of a side impact crash or roll-over.

Chrysler has already started notifying owners affected by the recall. Dealers will inspect and repair the vehicles, as needed, free of charge.
