Leaky tires are prompting a recall from Cooper Tire & Rubber.

About 575 tires may have a pin-sized hole in the sidewall that can result in air loss. The recall affects certain Roadmaster RM234 tires, size 295/75R22.5, manufactured between August 6, 2015 and September 5, 2015.

A tire that is losing air pressure can cause a blowout, increasing the risk of a crash.

Cooper will notify owners, but the company has not yet provided a notification schedule. Dealers will replace, mount and balance the tires, free of charge.

For more information about this recall, owners can contact Cooper customer service at 1-800-854-6288.
