TJX and HomeGoods are recalling 500 glass beer mugs—in addition to 1,500 sold in Canada—as a result of burn and laceration hazards.

The mug may break if heated or filled with a hot liquid, potentially injuring the person holding it or bystanders.

The affected products include 16.9-ounce glass beer mugs with an attached label reading Handmade in Poland. The label on the bottom of the mugs display HomeGoods style number 069386.

The mugs were sold only at HomeGoods stores across the U.S. from May 2017 until June 2017. They cost $4.

To date, there have been no incidents or injuries reported in connection with this recall in the U.S. However, there have been two reports of the mugs breaking in Canada, including one report of a burn. Therefore, consumers are urged to stop using the recalled mugs and take them back to the closest HomeGoods store for a full refund.

For more information, consumers can reach HomeGoods at (800) 888-0776.
