GM Recalling Buick LaCrosse Vehicles Due to Rear Suspension Problem
The rear suspension toe-links on the affected vehicles may be incorrectly installed
General Motors (GM) is recalling approximately 11,246 model year 2017 Buick LaCrosse vehicles.
The rear suspension toe-links on the affected vehicles may be incorrectly installed. As a result, the toe-links may loosen and disconnect from the rear suspension system.
If a rear-suspension toe-link disconnects, it may cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
GM will notify owners of the recalled LaCrosse vehicles beginning on June 20, 2017, and dealers will inspect the left and right rear suspension toe-link assemblies, correcting their installation as necessary, free of charge.
Owners with additional questions or concerns about the recall can contact Buick customer service at (800) 521-7300. GM's reference number for this recall is 17168.
