Family Dollar is issuing a recall for wax warmers that burn a little hotter than intended. The product can produce high flames, which poses fire and burn hazards to consumers. The company is recalling about 32,000 ceramic wax warmers.

The company has received 11 reports of incident, including two reports of burn injuries and three reports of property damage.

The affected product is sold in sets that include four vanilla-scented wax cubes for melting and a teacup-shaped ceramic warmer with an opening to insert a tea light candle. Candles are not sold as part of set. The ceramic warmers were colored cream with gold trim, and green with gold trim.

These items were sold at Family Dollar stores nationwide from April 2015 through September 2015 for $4.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wax warmers and return them to any Family Dollar store location for a full refund.

Customers with questions about the recall can contact Family Dollar at (800) 547-0359.
