The recall applies to the cherry flavor Care One Children's Mucus Relief Cough. The medicine is sold in a four ounce package, bearing UPC 34152031837 and an expiration date of 03/2017.

The product was sold exclusively at Stop & Shop stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
