You might not expect a pencil case to be a potentially dangerous purchase, but there's a particular Disney line you'll want to avoid in your back to school shopping.

The Disney Store is recalling one brand of pencil cases due to safety concerns. The cases feature two magnets that hold the lid closed. The magnets can detach and are small enough to pose an ingestion hazard. If swallowed, they can link together inside a child's intestine and result in serious internal injuries.

The cases come with compartments for a pencil sharpener, scissors, ruler, eraser, and five pencils and are available in four different designs: Avengers, Cars, Miles from Tomorrowland, and Multi-Princess.

The product was sold exclusively at Disney Stores during June 2015, retailing for about $15. Disney estimates that about 300 cases have been sold.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pencil cases away from children and contact Disney Stores to receive a full refund. The company can be contacted at (866) 902-2798.
