Polaris is issuing a recall for its Youth RZR recreational off-highway vehicle after reports of leaking fuel pumps. Leaking fuel can pose a fire hazard for users. Polaris believes that about 4,300 vehicles are potentially affected.

The recall specifically involves the 2015 Polaris Youth RZR 170 EFI, with model number R15YAV17AA/AF and VINs between RF3YAV170FT000076 and RF3YAV17XFT005141. The VIN can be found on the left-hand front frame tube. The vehicle comes in red and blue.

While no incidents have been reported, consumers should stop using the vehicle immediately and contact their local Polaris dealer to schedule a repair, free of charge. Polaris is contacting its customers directly and sending a recall letter to each registered owner of an affected product. Customers with questions can call (888) 704-5290.

The affected vehicles were sold nationwide at Polaris outlets from October 2014 to June 2015, retailing for about $4,600.
