Lifestyle Evolution is conducting a recall of NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter nutrition bars because of undeclared milk.

In isolated cases, a product with milk allergen was incorrectly packaged into Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter wrappers and cartons. The NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter wrapper does not list milk as an allergen. 

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the affected NuGo Slim bars. The product is safe for consumption by those who do not have milk, peanut, almond, or soy allergies.

This recall only affects NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter bars with a manufacturing code of B16119A, a best-by date of 28-Jul-17, and an item number of 6 91535 20701 1 on the bar and 6 91535 20702 8 on the box. Only this specific lot code is impacted. No other NuGo products are involved in the recall.

No reports of illness have been reported in connection with this recall to date.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter bars can return them to the place of purchase.
