Thor Motor Coach (TMC) has issued a recall for RVs manufactured with improper equipment.

The company is recalling certain model year 2017 Outlaw motorhomes. The affected vehicles are missing a warning label near the fuel fill station. This label warns operators not to smoke while in the presence of flammable vapors.

An operator that smokes near the fuel fill station with flammable vapors present can increase the risk of a fire.

According to the manufacturer, about 50 motorhomes are affected by this recall.

TMC will notify owners, and dealers will install the warning label, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

Owners with questions about this recall can contact TMC's Customer Service Department at (877) 500-1020.
