J.T.M. Provisions, Co. has issued a recall for approximately 14,525 pounds of a fully cooked pulled barbequed beef product that may be contaminated with rubber.

Recall Details

The following product is being recalled: 14 oz. containers of Bar-B-Q Sauce with Pulled Beef. The affected product comes in a sealed plastic tray covered in a paper sleeve. The product has a Julian pack date of 17266 printed on the label and an establishment number of EST. 1917 located inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The recalled Bar-B-Q Sauce with Pulled Beef was produced on September 23, 2017 and shipped to retail locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

This recall was initiated following two consumer complaints of extraneous material contamination. To date, there have been no confirmed reports of illness or adverse reactions due to the consumption of the recalled product.
