The clamp attaching the mobile to the crib rail can break, causing the mobile to fall
Approximately 41,800 Lights & Lullabies travel crib mobiles are being recalled by VTech. The clamp attaching the mobile to the crib rail can break, causing the mobile to fall. This poses an injury hazard to an infant in the crib.
The recalled Lights & Lullabies travel mobiles were sold in blue and pink. The affected model numbers are 80-503000(blue) and 80-503050(pink). The model number can be found on the battery compartment door.

There are three star attachments that hang from the top of the mobile and a button that plays music, nature sounds, and nursery rhymes when pressed. Both mobile models measure 5 inches wide by 15.8 inches tall.
Where and when were they sold?
The blue mobile model was sold at Kmart, Walmart, and online through Amazon and Zulily from February 2017 through November 2017. The pink mobile was sold exclusively through Amazon during the same time period.
Vtech says that it has received six reports of the mobile's clamp cracking. No injuries related to this recall have been reported, to date.
