Porsche Cars North America is recalling certain model year 2015 918 Spyder vehicles. The affected vehicles have front lower control arms that may crack at the ball joint.

A cracked lower control arm may affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash.

Approximately 306 Spyder vehicles are included in this recall—all of which were manufactured between November 6, 2013 and July 27, 2015.

Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will replace the lower control arms on the affected vehicles, free of charge.
