Tiffin Issues Recall of Allegro RVs Due to Windshield Wiper Malfunction

the driver-side wiper arm may sweep off the edge of the windshield and break

Tiffin Motorhomes is recalling 28 model year 2017 Allegro Open Roads recreational vehicles.

The affected RVs have a driver-side wiper arm that may sweep off of the edge of the windshield. When trying to return, the wiper arm may break.

A broken windshield wiper may reduce the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Tiffin will notify owners of the recalled Allegro Open Roads RVs, and dealers will replace the driver-side wiper pivot shaft and extending linkage. All repairs related to this recall will be performed free of charge.

The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule for this recall.
