A brand of infant shoes sold exclusively at Macy's is being recalled because they pose a choking hazard.

Trimfoot is recalling about 5,300 First Impressions high-top, soft-soled sneakers because a small metal eyelet can detach from the inside of the sneaker.

No injuries or incidents involving the sneakers have been reported.

Parents or guardians can take the shoes back to Macy's or contact Trimfoot for a full refund.

The recalled shoes have blue denim soles and uppers, brown canvas tongues, tan laces and white polyurethane toes. The shoes are made for infants who are crawling or standing and come in sizes 0, 1, 2 and 3. Style number 42090 is on a cloth tag on the inside of the shoe.

They were sold exclusively at Macy's stores nationwide from February to August 2014 for about $17.

Trimfoot can be contact by phone at (800) 325-6116.
