Gilster-Mary Lee has recalled one lot of Western Family Onion Soup Mix due to undeclared egg.

Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs risks a serious—potentially fatal—reaction by consuming the affected product.

The product in question is Western Family Onion Soup Mix, which was packaged in 4.5-ounce cartons with a best-by date of APR 10 18 D16 and UPC 15400-03604. It was distributed exclusively to Utah-based Associated Foods Warehouse.

Although there have not been any illnesses reported to date in connection with this incident, consumers are nevertheless encouraged to return the mix to the place of purchase for a full refund. Alternatively, they can throw it away.
