People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to tree nuts run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product.
Only Spinach Orzo Salad with PLU 61159 and a sold on date of February 24 or before is included in this recall. The affected salad was sold from Whole Foods' chef cases or in prepackaged containers.
No allergic reactions or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall to date.
The affected product was sold at Whole Foods stores in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island.
Consumers who have purchased the recalled Our Chefs' Own Spinach Orzo Salad can bring their receipt to the Whole Foods store where it was purchased for a full refund.
