    Gripe Vine

    The Gripe Vine is an exclusive, members-only service that makes it easier to file formal consumer complaints and get them in front of the right people. If you have been misled by a business, received false advertising, or paid for a service that failed to deliver, this benefit helps you act quickly and effectively.

    Instead of searching for the right agency, filling out multiple forms, and wondering if your complaint will even be read, you can submit it to us once. We review the details, determine which agencies have authority to act, and forward your complaint directly to them. These agencies can include the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Better Business Bureau.

    This process saves time and increases the chance that your complaint reaches the right place. In some cases, we will also contact the business or service provider to advocate for you or try to resolve the matter informally before an agency becomes involved.
